Based on what I saw, you've added an array of colors that represent something of balance and passion. The green leaves are representations of nature, balance, and rebirth. The red mountain is symbolizes high spirit and passion. You're devoted to a cause. The blue color symbolizes water and preservation. If you put all those together, then you are passionate to moving to higher places or your devoted in preserving a dream.

The arrows pointing means that you're moving in the right direction as you follow your path. If you put all those together, then you are standing firm, not moving, but you're cool and confident about your path choices as you decide where you're heading.
